We stayed at the Russell Place for 3 1/2 weeks while our daughter was recovering from surgery.This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house. Errin is quick to respond to any issues. The fenced yard was a great benefit since we had a dog with us. We baked lots of Christmas cookies and had all of the baking sheets and untensils we needed. House is clean and nicely appointed.

We had a great time staying in Vermont. Erin's place was great, located w/in minutes of down town and a short drive to Burlington. the bed was super comfortable, and a plus that it had off street parking. Super happy with our stay!

We had a great time staying in Errin’s house. It was clean, comfortable, and as described. We appreciated the home’s proximity to Burlington. Errin’s home contained all described amenities and we never felt lacking in any capacity.

We felt right at home in Errin’s clean, nicely renovated, and very comfortable cottage. She provided everything we could have needed. We also took advantage of being in walking distance to the restaurants on Main St. Thank you for being a great host!

We had a great stay at Errin’s apartment. It was clean, comfortable and perfectly located right by downtown Burlington. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Burlington!

Don’t look for any other place, this is the one!! We loved this place so much we wanted to stay there forever. Errin was a lovely host and the location is gorgeous, way better than any pictures like ever do it justice. Our only recommendation would be to come here for as many days as possible and with friends and family so you can enjoy this beautiful home to the fullest.

Modern home, centrally located and has a beautiful backyard too. Quick drive to Burlington and lake Champlain. The house had everything that's needed for comfortable stay with driveway, has street parking too. Had games, sofa bed and our friends could gather in the living room for a great time.

Beautiful 2 bedroom place with a lovely balcony. We really enjoyed our time at the place with our 2 dogs. Errin was fast to respond and left a binder with local recommendations to help navigate the city. Location was perfect

Perfect location and super easy 5-10 min walk to everything (lake, Church St, bars and restaurants). The Studio was very clean and comfortable. Shower water pressure is great. Check in and checkout was simple and clearly communicated. Overall, outstanding and highly recommend!

We had a great stay! Cute little house in a quiet area just outside Burlington. We brought our 2 dogs and they loved the fenced back yard. Would definitely stay again in the future.
